  2. Collection and storage of personal data, and type and purpose of processing
    a) When visiting the website
    When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,

  • date and time of access,

  • Name and URL of the file accessed,

  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),

  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.

    We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,

  • Ensuring convenient use of our website,

  • Evaluating system security and stability, and

  • For other administrative purposes.

    The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above for data collection.

    b) When using our contact form
    If you have any questions, we offer you the option of contacting us using a form provided by Typeform. It is necessary to provide a valid email address so that we know who the inquiry comes from and can respond to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

    Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR on the basis of your voluntary consent. The personal data collected when using the contact form will be stored for as long as is necessary to process your request.

  1. Cookies and tracking technologies
    We do not currently use any tracking tools or analysis services such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel. However, we reserve the right to implement such technologies in the future. In this case, we will update this privacy policy accordingly and, if necessary, obtain your express consent.

  2. Disclosure of data
    Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only disclose your personal data to third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR),

  • the disclosure is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and there is no overriding interest on your part that warrants the non-disclosure of your data,

  • in the event that there is a legal obligation to disclose the data (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR), and

  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

    Third-Party Services used:

  • Typeform (Typeform, SL, Spain)
    These providers may transfer data to third countries. We have concluded Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with them to ensure GDPR compliance.

  1. Hosting and external service providers
    Our website is hosted by Ionos. These providers may store technical access data that is necessary for the secure operation of the website.

  2. Data storage period
    We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the respective storage purposes. Data received via our contact form is generally stored for as long as it is needed for the respective purpose.

  3. Rights of the data subject you have the right:

  • pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us;

  • pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to request the immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us;

  • pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us;

  • pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;

  • to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another controller in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR;

  • to withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR; and

  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
